My Turbos are 44mm To4b's with .61 cold and .84 hot sides! My head bolts are ARP! I am pretty sure i have officially pushed the 5.3L to far!!! Melted number 3 piston!!!

That is from going lean, overheating and causing detonation. I burnt #3 as well but the top of my piston still looks perfect and I have not taken it out to see what the side looks like. I just had a lot of blow-by and the leak down indicated #3 was leaking into the crankcase. 17 psi is getting up there and fuel is critical.

yep. The tune and having good fuel is what will keep a stock motor alive.

Yea lean and crap fuel with alot of ping!! But when i get the new setup in, i hope to let Frost Tune it for me!!!
