That seems way high to me. I can understand if you can't put the pulley on. The meth kit is very easy to install, and I would suggest you try and tackle that yourself. For the tune I would go to one of the sponsors.

For your tune I would contact zippy as he is from Muskegon MI. and he maybe returning home for occasional visits. He is an experienced tuner and he really nailed my tune. I'm from NY but travel to MI. a couple times a year to visit family and I had him tune my truck when there on a holiday visit. I had a mail order tune and I knew there was hp left on the table so I PM'd zippy and we agreed on a time and place in MI. on my next visit home. We drove around for 2 hr's logging and tuning and he dialed it right in. I was grinning ear to ear on my return trip to NY.. I had followed his posts for a year before deciding he was the guy I wanted tuning my truck. Originally I had a mail order tune then a dyno tune and I was never thoroughly happy. A live tune log with many WOT bursts really woke my truck up and brought out its full potential. I do all the mod installs myself but leave the tuning to someone with the knowledge and experience to maximize my efforts.

If you tune for the meth, as in add timing for the reduced air intake temp and increased octane then sure. I got 40hp from my meth kit. Run out of meth, have a pump failure, clogged fogger... under WOT boosted condtions and your engine is
Safety v. power. It's a trade off.
