Not exactly sure what belt came off first, but I still had 4 ribs of the blower belt on the pulleys when I pulled over. I just checked out the remnants and it is the back 4 ribs - looks like the belt walked forward because they were on the front 4 ribs of the pulleys. Most of everything else, including the AC belt was wrapped around the crank pulley.

That thing is gnarly. If you're having these belt problems after swapping pullies, is it maybe an issue with the pulley itself? Is it maybe machined slightly out of true or does it maybe have a slight edge that's slicing the belts? Maybe if you have an old digital camera you could make a mount somewhere under your hood so you could make a video of the belts in action. Maybe, that's kind of an odd idea I guess...

Re-arranged and re-aligned some things today and slapped on another belt. Pulleys look well-aligned until I put the belt on, then the center idler between the 2 blowers appears to be tipped very slightly upward. Might have to stifffen things up some more.

Did a few short blasts and the belt stayed together until about 5 sec after I let off of a longer run. Only lost 1 rib - the frontmost, but the rest of the belt is still properly aligned on the pulleys??? So I am not sure what is going on.

How much do these belts stretch under load?

Also noticed that my boost guage was reading close to 21 psi, but my logged boost was a couple of psi less. Both are tee'd off the same port. Something is not calibrated correctly.

BTW, the throttle response scaling table did the trick for taking care of the twitchy throttle. As a starting point I reduced the portion below 60% Pedal Position by 50% and then blended that into the upper portion of the table. Will probably do some more tweaking to that table when I get a chance.

Looks like .10" difference in offset between the 3.0 and 3.4 pulleys. Funny thing is I pulled off the 3.0s when I received the blower setup and put the 3.4s on to start out with less boost. The 3.4s have the correct offset.

Someone handy should craft a blower pulley that incorporates a sprag clutch. That would allow the blower to freewheel on deceleration, similar to your bicycle chain when you coast.
