Default Radix vacuum

Hey, just wondering what is normal vacuum on the radix?
I see 18-20 inches in park or neutral and 12-14 in gear at a stop on the brake.
Is this normal?

Mine was about 18 with the stock cam. Same in P/N and in gear. The only time it dropped was when I was running the a/c. Then it would drop to about 16.
