Ok, I reinstalled the original PCM and nothing has really changed. The engine tries to run at about 500 RPMs (very rough) with the throttle floored for a few seconds and then dies.
I don't have the tuner that comes with the full kit. Would the engine run with just the stock tune?
The only changes from stock is that I have a 2.9" pulley on the Radix, a Airraid filter and 2005 electric fans with Nelson's harness.
I have double checked the electrical connections and everything seems to be good.
Any one know of a shop in Vegas that can give me a hand? I need to get this running ASAP.
Thanks to everyone for your input,
Tim

You still have a VATS problem.....Why dont you have the original tune?

2.9, are you looking to get a new motor early?

I have the orignal stock GM tune in the car right now so I don't know about the VATS issue. I agreee that it sounds like the issue but the stock tune should have cleared that up I would have thought.
I don't have a tuner from magnacharger, will the stock tune be enough to get it running?

No, the stock tune isn't programmed for the much larger fuel injectors the radix comes with. You don't have the VATS issue anymore, now you are flooding it.

OH yeah, duh brian.......

So yeah you are flooding it. This is why I ask guys to start off with our tune and the stock pulley, get it running THEN fug it up!

So you were gonna run a 2.9 pulley on a stock tune? Or do you have some kind of custom tune ready to install and its just not starting? If you planned on the earlier choice you're lucky it didn't start or you'd be calling a tow truck by now. 10+psi on a stock tune would have been a short trip. If you have a custom tuned PCM have you tried the crank relearn?
EDIT: OK, I re-read. I see you have a nelson PCM. PM sent.

Mine started, and ran on the factory tune. Granted, I only ran it long enough to back it out of the shop I was working in, and into a parking spot while I waited for the correct tune to arrive from Mag. You could tell it was running REAL rich, and it was burbling, and stuff, but no codes or nothing.
