do you already have larger injectors and maybe a fuel pump, that should be it

I ran 10-10.5psi in my 99' 5.3, with meth and no knock. With the boost-a-pump that came with my whipple, I never saw a loss in fuel pressure either so you might be ok with the stock. Never know though.

What is the limitation of the engine? Is it the rods, pistons, crank?I guess I'm asking, with a perfect tune, plenty of fuel etc, how much boost until something mechanical lets go? A seal, gasket, rod, piston, blower shoots through the hood?

Maybe 500 on rods and pistons and 800 on the crank

500 pounds of boost?? Sorry had to do it.
I know many guys on here have to be pushing more than 500 on stock rods/pistons, right? Maybe not?
I'm thinking the 6L might after I get it tuned @ 8-9pounds. If not the HP, I'm pretty sure the TQ will be 500+
