just use the one you have as the master, take it to a machine shop, they will be able to make one on a lathe(no problems) using your original as the template 15mins, done

Looks like Metco to me... good job on the adaptation. Billet Flow also makes some nice pieces...

thanks Bill, yes, they are Metco pulleys, like I stated earlier, I recommend using Metco because they were they only company willing to work with me(measurements and such) in confirming the pulleys would work in this application.

You could also do the same thing with the pulleys if you want them narrower. I personally like the look of them wider, but that is just me.

I like'm wider myself. Think I'll buy a pair of 100mm to install when we do the heads.

Moregrip... thanks for your patience with me.

I went to a few of the retailers listed on Metco's site but couldn't find one that stocked the pulleys. Anyone know where I can find the mib 100ms idler pulley?

when you take off the stock radix idler pulley(dayco), you will see the spacer I am talking about, you need another one just like it.

Thanks. I finally figured it out... that the spacer was behind the pulley.

Trouble now is I can't find a retail outlet for the Metco 100 mm idler pulley.

They are a great company... talented staff on board that bent over backwards for the Cobra / Lightning guys. Thanks to you Metco can share a little love with the GM communitty. Be interesting to see if they come up with a harmonic balancer solution... 4,6, 8lb increase balancer ring changeouts... would be BITCHIN! Maggie comin' out with the 2.0... KB flirting on GM's door steps... good times a'comin'. Its ALL good
