[QUOTE=moregrip]order it directly from Metco, I did. Tell them what its for, might give you a good price [/QUOT

Thanks AGAIN! I couldn't find a phone number or any way to contact Metco. I googled and couldn't find anything the first couple trys but finally found Lethal Performance and ordered the pulley's from them for $59.95 each.

One more thing to add to the list: so it's... the heads/cam/meth kit/headers/cutouts/02 simulators/90mm tb/34" radiator/huge heat exchanger/Arp rod bolts/dynojet Commander wb 02 guage/double Innovate guages/AND 100mm Metco idler pulley installlation project!!

(It still looks just dammed near impossible to get the bottom passengers side bolt out of the j tube where it bolts to the sc body... oops wrong thread)

Hey guys, there's a company called Billetflow that makes these pulleys as well. They're Metco pulleys that are anodized various colors. I just got my 100 mm pulleys and idler bracket from them. Top notch work. Check them out if ya like.

You'd have to call them and tell them what you want.

Now all you guys need is the idler bracket that moves the dirvers side idler up closer to the snout. Talk about belt wrap. I'm sure someone could come up with something that would work. Here's what I'm talking about.

it's already been done. BLOWN364 fabbed up a setup like that, but he finally ended up going with the setup in this thread.

Billet Flow would not help me out with any R&D, that's why I am recommending Metco, they took the time to sort this out with me.

i'm waiting on my spacer from Magnuson, i hope to do the install tomorrow nite. i just need to make sure i get all my ducks in order here. all i'm going to need is the two metco pullies, the stock idler pulley spacer from the Radix kit, and a additional spacer i'm getting from Magnason? thats it right? no brackets, or other pullies or whatever needed right?

oh, also, thanks grippy for doing all the leg work on this. what made you come up with this idea anyway?

yes, 2 spacers, 2 pulleys, re-use the bolts. Just remember that it is a close fit to one of the strengthening ribs on the supplied magnacharger idler pulley bracket. If it turns out a little clearancing needs to be performed I would consider this to be normal, although my application did not require this.

when I first installed the magnacharger I had a problem throwing belts under certain conditions so I thought that maybe going to larger diameter pulleys with no lip might help, it did, haven't thrown one since, the added benefit was more pulley wrap.

what thickness, I am assuming you used a very thin machined washer?
any details you have and could post up would be very useful for those that do this mod and the tolerences don't work in their favor
