Radix MP122??

What would be needed to install it on my truck it has a cable T/B?
Just a Bracket for the T/B or do I need something else?

What do you mean? The kits come complete with everything you need. Did you find a used kit for a dbw truck and want to converet to dbc?

The blower will have a couple bolt holes available on the J-tube to bolt up your existing cables and you will use your existing TB.

If you are thinking about the MP122 you will need a 90mm TB. The MP122 comes with a 90mm Tube

I suggest the U.M.I Racing TB.
