Well last night I picked up my oil pan and charge pipes from being welded. Only problem was the guy I had welding them together got #2 and #5 mixed up, and after cutting them apart and grinding down the welds he couldnt figure out how they went together. I took them home and mocked it back up. Then I met him at the street races to drop them back off at midnight. Then I went home and installed the oil pan.

Picked up charge pipes again tonight after work. Looks good. I then went home and installed the drian ( -10 braided stainless ) from the turbo to the oil pan, and threw in the O2 sensors and crossmembers that I had removed. I pulled the K&N FIPK, or whats left of it, out to measure for new filter. I then spliced in the new injector pigtails, which sucks because I spent some $$$ for adapter harnesses from Caspers that didnt fit. I will be sending those back with a stock injector harness............mabey it can help out one of yall later if they can see what a stock plug looks like.

With any luck She will be firing up tomorrow night. Things left to do are............

Tap for oil feed.............dont have socket big enough to remove the oil pressure sending unit, but I will take care of that in the morning.

Run vacume lines

reinstall the victor jr

bolt charge pipes in

figure out what I am going to do with the pcv system and evap

put battery back in

boost controller

wide band

Then she is off to the exhaust shop

Awesome! Can't wait to see how it runs...

For the PCV system on mine I used the little filter that was in my kit for the drivers side and just recently for the passenger side i got a Breather Catch can from Summit that has worked like a charm... No more more oil misting any where, for mounting space i took out the tray the old airbox mounted to and hung the can there...

How much boost you going to run? I am only running a measly 7.5lbs since I am paranoid about my motor. But, that still gave me 371rwhp and 433rwtq even with my big azz tire and going through the 4L80e and its 87lbs 12inch TC... I need to get back to the dyno to see what i gained from the e-fans i just installed, because i feel a good amount of extra power in the Butt-o-meter...

I am going to run it at 10# until I can get a built bottom end under it. Then I wll probably bump it up to around 15#

On the O2 sensors I have the drivers front mounted in the drivers side crossover just after the header. The passengers side front is in the turbo header. Im guessing the passengers side rear goes into the down pipe, but what did you two do with the drivers side rear sensor.?

2tone I may need a hand with the boost controler if you got some time.

And LordAries I agree with 2tone you need to turn up the wick. When my belt didnt slip I was running 8# with the Radix and there are plenty of people on here running 10#on stock 5.3's

Well, i got my hood open right now letting the system cool off enough so i can pop the spring in... Nice to know that it will only take about 10 mintues to add around 25HP... I remember when i went from the Kits 5lbs to the 7lbs, that was a big icrease for the Buttometer! LoL

OK I swaped the spring... But, I am getting 10lbs of boost now instead of 8.5lbs! Boost spikes are at about 11lbs on the shifts... My AFR went from 11.4 to 12.1 at WOT... But holly **** it friggin screams!!!! I guess i need to get my tune adjusted now....
