From what Ive seen from the maggies heat-exchanger it seems a bit small. Compared to the Whipple's I just installed. I would give Mike a call over there and get some specs on it?
Ive installed the 1900's and the 2300 maggies and both seem to use the same one..
The one that came with the 2.3 whip seems to at least twice the size, and still flows pretty strong with those Bosch pumps..
I forgot to take pics of it before installing it, so I dont have anything to show you.
If you guys want Ill measure it tomorrow..

 

I run a 2" thick 27" wide 7" tallfrozenboost heat exchanger and even after a few hours of hard driving neither it or the coolant is remotely warm. I would like to make a spacer for the blower and add spray bars though.

 

Where do you have it mounted?
