quick question about meth

In my opinion you should have the IAT far enough downstream of the nozzle to allow all or most of the alcohol to evaporate, and keep from getting droplets on the sensor which would give a false, too cold, reading.

Cuz meth has a lower stoich and therefore cause you to show "rich".
Gas 14.7:1 stoich and methanol is 6.4:1 stoich.
Its start to get much more complicated after that explanation, google it or search here...you'll find "too much" info IMO. LOL

In 14:1, the 14 is the air, 1 is the fuel. Since the fuel in the Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) is always expressed as 1, if you add more fuel, the number representing Air must be less. Therefore, 13:1 shows that there is more fuel than 14:1. 15:1 means there is less fuel. Methyl alcohol is a fuel, so when you spray it into your engine, the ratio of Air to Fuel drops.
