Default questions on fuel, hot sides and intakes. single BW362 build

hey guys im new to the site and have a few questions on my fuel sytem on my truck. im not new to the turbo game but ive never messed with a returnless fuel sytem and was debating on going to a return style setup and wanted to hear some opinions. i drive the truck alot and dont want insane amounts of power. im looking to make about 475-500 rwhp and am not sure if the stock rails and lines can handle that.

my next question is who makes some good turbo hotsides? i was planning on Y'ing my stock manifolds under the trans and routing a single 3" pipe back up front to mount the turbo but if i can get a reasonably priced hot side i might go that way. i can manage the cold side easily enough.

next question is an intake manifold. im more that likely gonna run a stock manifold and TB for right now but what are some nice up-grade options. can a use the intakes designed for ls cars?

Cliff notes: need advice on fuel sytem and good rails/ lines

advice on hotside parts

advice on intake manifolds

kbracing makes a nice hot side and includes a good bit for $1600! The returnless should be good for 500 but wouldn't go too much over that but you will need injectors so go ahead and get some 60lbs and the intake manifold.........some like the fast 90 and some like the vic jr. I have personally never messed with either but Quite a few folks have the vic jr. and say it works well with the F/I.

Walbro 255, injectors, return less is fine for that power level, stock intake is good. I have used the Vic jr and at that power level you don't need it.

what style is our truck injectrors? and by that i mean the connection? i have a set of 90# ers froma previous build but they are for early ford and im almost certain i would have to change rails and get some sort of adapter to go from the stock lines to the aftermarket rails.

i will probably just sell them and buy others. any one recomened an injector?

I run Siemens Deka 60lbers. At our FP they're more like 70ish lb/hr injectors... They do require you to space up your stock fuel rails about 5/8-3/4" (you'll have to play with it to get it exactly right for you) and different connectors... I can't recall the injector plug type offhand but I'm sure someone can since this swap is common.... Or try searching it.

I have 60# mototrons, and ran my return less system at just over 500 rwhp no problem.

i know the ones i have will plug up to early for eeciv harness's so if i have to i will go to the junk yard and cut the injector harness off of a ford truck or mustang or something. but i would rather have some that are plug and play. thats for the info on that.

Trick performance makes a hot side out of Stainless Steel.

Kbracing makes them outta mild steel.

Both are good people to work with.

60b mototrons have to have new clips soldered onto your harness.
