No intercooler adds a couple , stock heads adds a couple then your cam can make a difference + exhaust setups
Ati told me a long time ago that new cam 2-3lb loss , heads 2-3lb loss , long tube full exhaust 1-2lbs so it's possible but we're talking about a 408 with stage 3 317's at 6k with belt slip ..

Yup, nearly 4 psi! 8" overdrive pulley on dedicated 8 rib, 3.4" blower pulley, bellmouth no filter, no intercooler. The 3.7" pulley actually seemed to work better on that setup with very little belt slip and made 17psi at 6,800rpm.

so what I'm figuring is I will need about a 4.0 to a 4.1" blower pulley to reach about 10# at 6600 with my truck. Does that sound about right. What is the stock crank size?

I think the procharger would be the perfect setup for your truck. If you don't like it, I'll buy the procharger off of you lol.

Lol, yea. Not sure if I should run the smaller pulley and shift higher, or run a smaller pulley and shift earlier. Run 10@ either way. And I'm pretty sure ill be happy with the d1sc.
