Procharger intercooler grille mount
well guys...this weekend i messed up my stock intercooler that came with my procharger in my NNBS. I want to get rid of that and get a grille mount intercooler... where can i get one? what size? and what mods need to be made to fit?
Anybody who can help me out or has done these before..thanks

Here's a link with some examples of FMICs on NBS trucks but I can't remember if there are any NNBS trucks in that thread. A lot of people buy universal IC kits off ebay that come with an assortment of aluminum tubing.

if you go thought the headlight bracket like that there is lots of cutting involved. or you can run the tubing down into the bumper and not to much modding is involved. my intercooler is a 4" core and it barely fits so keep it 4" and under and you will be fine.

I have a procharger 3 core behind the grill using the stock tubing that came with the kit,just need to cut the middle bracket that holds the grill in place ,it will still have the 4 10mm screws on top and the bottom clips to hold it .then you reroute the tubing in between the radiator and headlights from each side,I shortened the tube on top and the one before the MAF,it holds up find at 12psi and iats are lower now , PM an email so I can send you some pictures.

Here's some pics of mine ,I cut the center bracket that holds the grill in place also the two bottom grill tabs,the grill still has enough support . Also relocated the trans cooler to the bottom in back of the bumper cover grill.sorry for the crapy cell pics.

Hey i have a 08 sierra i was wondering if you can send me more pics of how you routed and mounted your jntercooler i need to do the same type so im.not hitting my intercooler atbthe dunes @08cheyennesc
