I no this is off topic, but it has to deal with procharger. I no there are some P1's or D1 out there on some other vehicle that has too be able to fit on the silverado's. Would anyone in here happen to no what other vehicle's head unit will fit on the truck's??? And i no they would have to be re-clocked but other than that issue. please help with any info!!!!

They don't recommend it but you can re clock it yourself. I have done it a few times. I have also had my hands on more than 50 of them so it's no big deal to me now. Try and find one off a vortec truck 96 to current. Anything that is meant for a corvette is going to be a reverse rotation so you will want to stay clear of those. Some of the newer mustang kits are also reverse rotation. If you are looking for a deal on one depending on your setup or your goals you might want to look into just buying a kit. I know pricing on them isn't too horrible and though the right guys you can order the bracket and the blower brand new if you wish you fab your own setup. I have done 6 kit's that way that I fabbed everything custom for some of my own customers. I hope that helped.

yea i'm familar with the re-clocking, and yes I'm just trying to build on a cheap budget. I've heard the one on the gto's should fit also? could you confirm this? and what about the f-bodys since its basically the same motor. or are they also reversed rotation? thanks for the help.

Yes the GTO and fbody use a standard rotation.

I don't know how cheap your budget is but you are going to spend a decent chunk just on a D1sc if that's where you are going.

All you got to make sure of is if the procharger tag is on the very top of the blower and if you spin the pulley clock wise that it pushes air out, just ask the sellers that. Doesn't matter witch way the housing is pointing cause you can loosen it and spin it.
