Didn't know about the dowel pin on the big units. The P-1SC and D-1SC are a piece of cake to reclock. I've done 3 of them and they come apart rather easily. I generally have to use a rubber mallet to lightly pop the cases apart but otherwise it is very straight forward.

This is a link I mentioned earlier.

On my F1R there are two 1/4" dowels for the oil slinger bracket and two bolts. So just pull the dowels and move them over to the new clocking spot. The puller makes quick work of the dowels they are really in tight too...

I will go to the store and look into getting one of those dowell pullers. I didn't know there was such a thing. Thanks for the info. Looking good by the way. You will have yours up and running before I will dang it.

The truck is running but the blower is not on it yet. I am still waiting for Procharger to finish reclocking it.

what kind of fuel pressure are you getting at the regulator? I have the same set up with a 228 / 234 and think that i might be a the fuel pump limit.

my base pressure is set at 50 and rises w/boost. I never haven't had a problem with fueling since the install of the magnafuel pump and 80lb ford injectors.
