Procharged/Turbo Heads/Intake Questions

I am reading all I can get on the LS series of engines.
I recently learned that a 5.3L LM4/7(iron block) can be bored & stroked to 383 CID as well as the LQ4/9 6.0L(iron block) can be built into a 413 CID stroker.
With other things going on I am cash poor but saving/working towards a low-mid 10 second Pro-Street Chevy truck(among other options).
I have a buddy running a mid 12 second N/A new model GTO & another running low 12's in a turbo'd GMC Syclone.
Are the Twisted Wedge LS1 heads still around & available?
Anyone using an Edelbrock Victor Jr with EFI as a Procharged or Turbo'd intake?
