Back together....Seems to run fine. Does exactly 10psi on the spring. Does everyone agree that the gate has to be fine and it's a controller issue?

 

I have a love/hate relationship with this truck!

 

You seem to have nothing but problems with that controller. I would toss it and try another one if funds aren't an issue. I'll be using the AEM truboost here in a couple weeks and can let you know how it works for me. I've heard nothing but good things about it.

I seem to have problems with controllers in general. The problem now is with the manual controller too.

What manual controller did you go with?
Are you applying psi to the top port or
venting the bottom port?
