Default Problems causing headaches!

Went to the WS6 store open house today. On the way I laid into and it seemed like the transmission was slipping! Looked at the boost recall and it showed 28.9! 😩 Anyway I'm not sure if it actually pulled that or what??? Engine runs fine and transmission seems to act ok. Wondering if I hurt the engine any??

On the way back and almost home I tried it again and it was 23 psi. Then the truck died! Primary fuel pump died! I switched to the other and drove it home!
I'm trying to remember but I think those were 450 lph pumps. Does anyone make any pumps that like E85?

You most like are ok. The 450 suppost to be ok with E85. I put a fuel pressure gauge that warns me if pressure drop to low.

Damn 29 psi , did you put a DURAMAX in that truck ? Lol

What caused the spike ?

Talk to Rob ( foose04) he just had a thread about dropping in new 450s for E85 .

In fact when I bought my 450 I thought it was rated for corn juice ? I'll have to double check , short term memory lol.

Damn I don't know what caused the spike? Scares the **** out of me? It's always been something. A friend of mine has been through this and recommends turning the boost down to a reliable range.

Pulled the tank out and the pump is definitely dead. Can't even bump start it with the hammer.....Is it a fluke thing or something else? I bought those pumps from Lonnie's Performance. He says they're custom made for him and won't tell me any other info. No markings on the pumps at all.

I can't remember from your build thread, but are you running the FPCM or a return setup?

The 450s should work with e85 from my research. They should be reliable on a constant voltage setup to.

So just to confirm, you originally thought you had 450s, but now you think they are something from Lonnie?

I thought they were 450's but after emailing Lonnie they are 340LPH.
