Does anyone know or heard of anyone running one of these? According to their catalog it is available as part number PB081190-SC10 but I did not get any hits on a part number search. The catalog also shows it being 6.22" diameter which is indicitave of a 10% underdrive. I have sent feedback to PerformanceParts for clairification and will relay the info here. I believe Harrop uses these Powerbond blancers in their 8-rib kits so I am betting they are of good quality. If the pricing follows their UD balancers, they should be half the price of the IW or ATI balancers.

I'd wait back on a description before ordering anything, because the chart lists identical information, down to the part number PB081190-SC10 for the 2010 Camaro 6.2 V8 LS3 Manual L99 Auto 8 Rib 10% Overdrive, 7.5" diameter, 4.53" depth, and 11.75lb weight.

 

Just FYI... It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a response back from precision parts on the above crank balancer. I guess I will be going with IW or ATI. I was really hoping this would be an economical alternative.

 

The IW or ATI is a nice piece. I've run both. You get what you pay for.
