Installing my MP 70mm on my bone stock 4.8 2wd RCSB this week.
What can I expect for power out of about 6 or 7 psi? I went 2 bar so 14psi will be my max for now, but since I have a stock 4l60e i think thats more than enough to kill it in about a week.
What do you think at 6psi? at 14psi? Intercooled on 93 octane. No meth.

 

probably around 425-450 6-8psi and 500-525 12-14psi.

 

Stock 4.8. Hard to say the cam is were you can make some good power.
Without that. I don't think you would get to 500.

 

Lol, exact same set up as me. 70mm masterpower on a bone stock engine (for now).

I agree with Rick, a good cam can make a big difference. Without it, I'd say just under 400 with 6 psi, around 475 on 12 psi. That's my guess.

You can usually count on a turbo making about 15-25 hp per psi.

I made 440 on 8#, 505 on 12#, 627 on 16#. Mp70 lunati cam and 16deg timing on all pulls. Also inject lots of meth. You will need a cam to break 500whp on 14# probably.

 

That's still better then I thought.

 

Mine made 445 wheel at 9lbs on a MP T70 .68 4in DP marine injectors and stock everything else.
