It sounds like a quick a dirty tune that is mainly designed to not let you blow it up. I would highly recommend getting it cleaned up before putting on a smaller pulley for more boost. I have done plenty of email tuning before if you would like me to do it for/help you with it. Send me a PM if that's something you would like to do

After I fixed the bypass valve, I was managing around 8 psi. After working with Atomic and retuning it, I went and dyno'd it again and it put down 484hp/463tq at the tires and it was running a little rich.
