Edit- DAMN! They're expensive!!!

 

The problem is there is literally less than an inch room between the manifold and the head/valve cover, the wires are nearly impossible to keep from touching the manifolds, not the greatest angle here but u kinda get the idea

 

I know there's a few people on here who run their coil packs basically on top of the engine mount and extend the engine harness so that it reaches. It's the cleanest solution I have found to running plug wires away from the hot side of our turbo systems.

 

Soounds like a much cheaper alternative lol! Think you can find me a pic of this? I'm very curious as to where they actually bolt it to.

How does that gasket like the exhaust back pressure?

 

Same type of gasket I used with **** tons of back pressure, worked fine

 

Pictures I don't have as I've only seen them in person and never thought of takin any pictures but I can tell you which members probably have them and who makes it.
Nelson is the speed shop that started doing it and he does it to most of the turbo trucks that he builds. I think his screen name on here is FarmTruck.
You can also PM tarinup since I believe Nelson helped build his turbo kit. They might have some pics of it for sure.

 

I was gonna go the "build your own wire" way but in the end I bought a set of plug wire heat sleeves and ran them in stock form. The wire isn't touching any part of the manifold but only time will tell if its gonna work or not. I'll get some pics tonight
