Here's my design so far. I haven't heard back from Rick and Dave @ STS yet, so this may all change when I get the "Duh... moron" stuff back

I know the turbo back should be bigger, but just try to find a big cut out and a big muffler that still muffles! I'm thinking about doing dual 3" until after the cutouts but think that will require another wide band (but maybe not -- I'm balancing the pre-turbo exhaust, so can I just tap one post-turbo stream and have accurate results?)
The header to turbo runs are staying the same 2.75" as stock, and I will put in a small X or balance tube. The charge pipe diameters are as per Rick, and the intercooler will be custom of unknown attributes at present (but will be specced by the boys at STS or maybe one of their vendors... BILLY...
)
Damn, trying ot find reasonable mild steel mandrel bends is a PITA...
Oh, and yes, I'm moving the turbos forward slightly to make doing the turbo back easier. Probably up close to the torque arm xmember.
Oh and (part II), yes, that's an STS twin kit on a truck for those not following along in the guide book. Twin STS Stage III 60-1s (think twin big cube corvette kit...)

Probably not. I really need a 4" back or twin 3.5"s. I should also probably step up to 3" pipes from the headers to the turbos, but I gotta leave something to do later

dude call heartthrobexhaust....they have the hvs series muffler 3"or bigger...all the mild steel mandral bends you could want at very reasonable prices...i changed out my magnaflow for hvs and love it....i think the guys name is mark...call him and tell him exactly what you want and he will hook you up.....they keep 3" to 5 1/2" mandral bends and pipe in stock to get to you quick....

Twin 60s should be sweet. I like the design, very clean way to make some big power. Are you going with a single 2" charge pipe under the truck or a 2" for each turbo? You could make a Dual 3" in single 3" out Y so you can run two 3" cutouts open and when they are shut run a single 3" muffler. Those details will be easy to work out when the time comes.
I think you would be fine running an 02 behind one turbo, I am not for sure. At least on the drivers bank.
