The one that comes with the kb kit has the outlets on the sides but it wouldnt be hard to move it up to the grille area if you have the room for it. Just add a couple bends.

This is how the kb kit was. That intercooler was 27x12x3

I reused a lot of the piping that came with my kit and just cut it and welded it to fit.

Basically its just U bends that go under the core support.

Once I get it running i will let you know

The iat's werent too bad with it being behind the bumper i just wanted to move it higher up so that i wouldnt have to worry about trashing it with my truck so low.

Same here, that's why I want to mount the IC behind the grille. I drive my truck year round and on Alaska roads so I don't want it to get destroyed. It's alot of fun with AWD in the winter up here
