Black04, do you have some more pics of the intercooler setup you could post up? What motor and kit are you running? I have an AWD scsb as well, looking forward to seeing some more pics of that beautiful beast of yours.

Yeah ill grab some more for you tonight. Its a 5.3L with a master power 76. The intercooler used to be in between the frame rails but I'm moving it to behind the grill.

I'm not sure if they are the same but since doing the HD front end swap on my '01, it looks like I have some good room to play with, plus it doesn't have AC so I think it will be a good spot to mount it.

I'd appreciate any pictures you could post up bud, thanks.

The intercooler i got is about 4" thick but you can get a 3" thick one. With the 34" rad its hard to go around without cutting up the headlight brackets but the way the outlets are on this one it just goes right under the core support and the intercooler piping is pretty short.

My trans cooler is behind the intercooler as well.

I got it off ebay through just-intercoolers. Ill see if I can find the specific one.
