I highly doubt you need to change to a different year or PCM. Most stuff I have messed with will go up to 285 kPa. That's enough to lift the heads in most cases on a stock 4 bolt head setup. What operating system is your PCM?

This makes sense. Your tuner uses EFI Live. There are no Custom OSs for 06-07. That is why he is trying to get you to move to a 04 OS. Now HPT on the other hand has custom OSes for those years.

Better question is why does he need a 3bar? That's a of boost.

20 psi will be ok since I run arp head studs? My pcm is stock and tuned hptuner by the guy. I'm so frustrated. I tried contact other shop lsxperts see if they can help me out. They are always hard time to respond me forever

Wanna make more powe around 700? Right now mine made 567 hp 632 tq at 12 psi. I want to turn up 18-20!psi

Right now on my 06 Silverado with factory pcm he tuned mine hptuner with 2 bar. Now if I want turn up boost. Say need 2004 pcm and use efilive and change to 3 bar
