Default p0172 & p0175 out of the blue???

My truck has been running flawless for the past year and then I get these codes. I scanned the truck and my LT trims on both banks went from -1.6 to around -10 to -13 at idle. I thought it might be a dirty MAF as I have an STS turbo and i get a little oil in the intake now and then. I cleaned it twice but no help.

My question is how can I tell I tell if my MAF is working correctly? Is these a set voltge or flow rate I should look for?

I get both codes on BANK1 and BANK2 so I am assuming it is not an o2 sensor.

Anything else I can look for?

I am in the same situation. Ever since I had the tune reflashed for the 60lb injectors my ses comes on for a day and shuts off. Does that repeatly. Also have problems dieing when come to a stop or trying to find idle. Scanned it and said bank 1 and bank 2 lean. Gonna try replacing front 02's and maf and see if that fixes it.

Just the front two. With the engine idling tap on the MAF with a screwdriver handle. If the engine stumbles then the MAF is bad.
