Had to use the stock fuel rails and an elbow from the stock VMV. Otherwise, no other parts are needed. MAP sensor is debateable...

I thought the map sensor they recommended was not a 2 bar sensor but a tmap sensor (map sensor and IAT sensor in one). I believe that tan and black wire roush wants you to tap into is the iat signal from the maf sensor.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

No, you're correct. But the sensor they recommend (from a supercharged Cobalt) is not what my ECM is tuned for. I will swap back to the 2 bar eventually, but the tuning process will take a little while. I am working with Justin to get it fixed.

So my computer is with Justin now. I'll see if it can be tuned for that map sensor.

From what I understand, he can't accurately tune for a 2 bar sensor via mail order tune. It has to be done in person.
So you'll have to use your stock sensor for the time being. But I assure you, it does work.
