I'll upload them once I get on my computer. It's supposed to but looking around at other trucks they seem to have a slightly different style compressor.

Hes correct. Mine (2000) had different compressor hookups than 2001 up though.

That sucks if you cant keep AC. Thats unacceptable down here in texas.

I wonder if I can get an 01+ style compressor working but it looks like I'll have to swap the condenser if I do

My 99 with homemade log only has 1/4'' clearance from the compressor and I had to bend the **** out of the line to get it to clear. Hopefully you can find a solution to keep the A/C.

The way the AC suction discharge is made literally gave it no clearance. Log wasn't even close to sealing to the head

Yes the later models dont have that big manifold on the compresser so maybe a comp. swap will be in order. Sucks that you have to do that cause it kills the ''BUDGET'' features of this kit. There are som pretty good pics of the 2 different types of compressers and lines on Rockauto.com

Sure does. It adds up to $300 in parts + the extra $140 to vacuum the system and fill it.

Are you sure you couldn't have bent that aluminum tube? I had to bend mine slightly it was no big deal.
