Cool, thanks. I have the vette piece (came with my motor), but I hear the Autometer sending unit won't fit since the vette piece is metric threads. Going shopping now.

I bought an aluminum block that replaces that piece above the oil filter. It has 3 1/8 NPT ports. I was gonna use one for the oil temp and one for the turbo oil feed. But I am now ditching the oil temp gauge, never even got it hooked up

Let me know if your interested in the oil block, its this one by CBM.

Depends on what threads it is.. you might be able to redo them to 1/8"npt which is what the AM threads should be..
