Default Not making boost

Working on tuning the truck yesterday and its not making over 2.5-3psi boost. It's got a twin turbo setup with tial waistgates with gold springs in them (5.5psi ish). Any ideas on why it's not making boost?

Thanks for the help.

Test for boost leaks? How do you have your wastegate lines plumbed? Boost controller?

Their tial mv-s and no I don't hear them open. Disconnected the vacuume lines and same story. Pulled the line off the bov and it still blows off at 2-3 when I let up on it....

Is your bov plugged into a manifold reference?

try running them with no reference. (nothing to waste gate) but be careful cause u might boost too much. one hit and thats it. if it builds boost then its a wastegat issue, if not then theres a boost leak. i had that on mine. ran it with no reference spooled to 16 psi, hooked it back up and followed the lines. ended up being a hole in the vacuum line. replaced it n good to go. also check charge pipe connections.

Disconnected wastegate vacuume lines still 2-3 max. Pulled the vacuume line off the bov and it would still blow off... Shouldn't it stay closed? I think that's my problem or part of it right now.

It's a HKS bov
