Thats the impression I have had so far.
I assume an 8 or 10 rib belt drive would be needed to reach 15# and beyond?
I wouldn't need and tubing or anything, just the head unit with brackets and pulleys. Best route would be to find a low mile D1 and buy an LS truck bracket from Procharger and pulley setup from Supercharger Connection?

a 6 rib setup correct will hold 15psi no problem, 8 rib will hold more than your motor will take,
