Default Nitroplated manifold new and at 10k miles

I didn't want to keep clouding the other manifold thread. Attached are pics of my KB Racing manifold newly nitroplated on original install and the rest are of the manifold at 10k miles. Please excuse the dust and grime on the later pics, there is a dirt covering not rust. So far the manifold has help up great to as much as 12lbs of boost and plenty of road miles in the past year.

Did you have any problems installing the kit since your truck is lifted? I've got a Rancho 4" on my Silvy and I'm hoping to have the install of all my new turbo kit be as painless as possible.

Why didn't you coat the downpipe?

The only issue I had was clearing the front driveshaft, as the angle went right through the x-over pipe. I just had to reuse the ugly loop pipe from the previous owners true dual exhaust.

I was gonna nitroplate the crossover and downpipe, but honestly I got lazy and never pulled them back off once I had the truck running. Besides with the smaller turbo boost is almost instant and I never really worried about the performance aspect.

I'm hoping that since my truck is a 1500 and yours is a 2500 and that I have a 4" lift and you have a 6" lift that my cross-over pipe will fit without modification.
