Got my overnight parts from japan in

I asked for a NGK br6ef and got this instead. Anyone know the difference? I couldn't find much info on them.

Those are the gasket style, you want the tapered style, ie the br6ef (3177). Although those will work if you are in a pinch.

Not really in a pinch, just trying to get some tuning done so my truck is drive able. I could swap these ones out for the right ones, but I figure the shipping will take around a week.

Nah go to autozone or orileys and they can probably have them the next day or two at the most.

I live in bfe. Mail arrives on camels I do have an oreilys local. Ill give them a try since you brought it up. I almost think I heard them keeping a tr6 in stock once. Any recommendation on a tr vs br for boost? I know the nitrous guys like the br series.

0-8 psi tr6 is fine, 8-15 br7ef, 15+ b8efs

I bet you they stand there and argue with you about how that part number isn't the correct plug for your year/make/model truck. I hate when those ignorant ******** tell me i'm buying the wrong part for my truck when I go in there with a part number.
