In that area behind the DP, the turbo header cross over flange is limiting my DP from going larger than 3". Now, I know how to fit 4" or even 5". I should cut the cross over flange and move it up.

Must be your fabricator or the radius on the bends you are trying to use.
4" fits.
What turbo are you going to?

But I have to say , you have been one of the big players in the LS truck turbo market for a long time , and your stuff always looks professional and high quality , that's a win win for us truck guys . I may currently have a blower but very badly want a turbo build for the next vehicle , so I'm always looking at these kits . ( no I'm not a paid endorser for anyone here lol )
Yea 3d has come down and is very cool for rapid prototyping.
Again thanks for the compliments.

Will you be selling the T6 log and crossover as a kit?

Yes. at first manifolds only.
The kit will take a little bit longer.
Laying pipe routing. And hopefully set up a mandrel bent 4" down pipe.
Similar to our 3 & 3.5" stuff.

Do you think you will get an chance to do a back to back dyno just changing the manifold at some point? It would be cool to see how it affects power under the curve in the same application.

The turbine wheel and housing area ratio have a much greater impact than the flange size.
