Hey guy I have been lurking this site for a long time and found a ton of information, I think I am finally ready to do a rear mount turbo setup on my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 6L my hp goals are not high I just wanna run a singel turbo at about 4 psi its my daily driver so I dont wanna go to crazy with the setup. I think I have everything figured out my only concern is fueling will the stock fuel setup be enough at 4psi? if not what will I need?
Thanks

No, your gonna need at least flex fuel injectors, 36lbs/hr or even better are the 8.1 marine injectors, 43lbs/hr. Cam, headers and tune can max stock 6L injectors. They are only 24lbs/hr.

I have a intercooler/ radiator system that would drop right into your truck. The radiator is custom built and the intercooler was from a duramax diesel and was chopped down to fit along with electric fans. Fits like a glove and works great

What size intake tube should I use? I was thing 2.5" from the turbo under the truck to the intercooler for quick response then 4" to the throttle body I am going to keep my MAF so it would be located on the tube from the intercooler to the throttle body aswell as the BOV. Will this work? any criticism is welcome I am in need of expertise.
