But for not thought I would share.
Its not a GM IC but figured I would share,we been slammed so not posting much lately. Here is an intercooler we just did for the Lightnings. Its a single pass 6 inches deep, thats 1.5+ over stock, And stock are dual pass units.
This unit is going under a 3.4Whipple should put out over 800hp.
A little longer, alot deeper, and larger inlet/outlet fittings. Mounting flange not welded on yet.

WE were able to keep almost the stock IC depth in place.

I was just showing this new set up..LOL We will be offerong 3 stages to help the Lightning guys out. All just bolt right in the factory location, No need to send off the intake and or cut holes in it.
