Guess there was a vacuum issue with some trucks, cam combos? Nice to know.. I have seen that in lots of pics for other builds and always just wondered.
StayN under budget. Just got in the latest PROTOTYPE pieces for the build. The new H/X should be plenty big just need to mount a couple of spare 8" fans I have. I think its a little wide for where I want to install it, but nothing a saw can't handle.
The IC's are a different story. I think there is going to be lots of cutting and rewelding is going to happen here. The water fittings I am not happy with how close they are to the core itself but these are protypes. So I will probably cut them out and reweld them farther away or just install some new ones.

Sad to say not much.
Been so busy with others projects mine got put on the back burner. I did go by the machine shop, suppose to pick up the engine next week. Have to pick up the 80e wandering to trans brake it or not. ??? Guess I will need to drop the tank and get a couple of pumps off in there. GGGGGGGGGG's thanks for making think of all the stuff I still have to do, once I get back on it. LOL
Hows yours coming along.?

The little canister is OEM but I'm not sure what it does so I didn't want to remove it.
It's all a little tight but everything stays cool enough. The turbine housings are hot as hell but the DP's cool down pretty fast. Everything (manifolds/turbine exh housing/DP's) has been ceramic coated so the heat isn't too bad and the coating helps maintain exhaust velocity/energy. I've got a pair of DEI titanium turbo beanies and their 2" exhaust wrap. I'm going to install them when I get the forged 6.0l shortblock finished. Can't wait to finally turn up the boost.
