Default need some help finding a part

I am trying to find a larger Downpipe to turbo flange. I want to go from the stardard 3" flange to a 3.5 flange. It has to come straight off the turbo. WE could build one but would that rather find them in bulk.

wanting to build a 3.5 downpipe to see dyno results.

Are you guys going to merge into a 4" diesel exhaust or custom build a 3.5" "catback"?

If you want to see if there are gains just run the down pipe open first.Ussually the cat backs hurt power.

Due to volocity you could probly just step it up to a 3.5" about 1' after the turbo. So when the gasses are cooling(they expand)it will have less resistance from the bigger pipe.

Done this before with good results.

What we are looking to do is some testing on our INTRO and Street Stalker kit. The Size of the Turbine?, not sure, we looking for caliper measurement or trim style.
The O.D. surface of the housing right now is under 3 inches. What I think will happen is a faster spool rate due to a greater pressure drop across the turbine wheel.
And really will not know until we build one. 4' DP just is not going to happen, there is not enough room near the frame.

Don has a good idea for the testing. A simple 2 piece DP would allow me to swap quickly between the standard and this one. Take a standard transtion pc and go from 3 to the 3.5. Joint would be will with a foot of the turbo.

I got mine here
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me..._Code=ATP-FLS2

the one shown is a 3-4", but when i called them they said they can do a 3-3.5" and it will obviously be cheaper with no v band. its very short so you have lots of room to work with. Made my 4" downpipe easy to make

I guess what I meant to ask is what kind of turbine coupler -- T3 4bolt, 5bolt? T4 vband?

A pic would help me

I like what you're planning with the stepped DP.
