Wolf, you're more forgiving than I am. Lol!
Talked to the supposed owner of the junkyard today. At first he insisted that I have the right motor but backed off a little when I mentioned the block ID being ground off. Asked me to call back first thing in the morning so he could double check his records. Said he would do whatever it took to make sure things are right. We'll see I guess but I'm not holding my breath yet.
Gotta throw a shout out to 1FastBrick for his sticky with the head casting information. Pulled right up when I searched.
