Roger, I thought 3.73 was std. gear in 1500HD, & 4.10 was optional? Or was it 4.10 & the 4.56 was opt.'l? My sis-law had 1, but she got rid of that thirsty pig. Back then, IIRC, I checked just can't remember.

You could get 3.73 or 4.10.

I dont think theres been factory 4.56 gears since the CUCV trucks.

the one in #14 is way better. its on a running, not sitting around because the owner is a big baby!

I'm smart is what I am. I use a little forethought in my project(s) cause I'm not a swingin dick who's willing to bury myself in credit card debt. I look before I leap.

Glad im not a swinging dick either. :nunchuk1: Im not sure what street your getting your words from but mine has been a daily driver for a while now.

so you guys are saying i could remove my inline pump, drop the tank, and put a 044 intank and it would do good enough for my needs right now?

1. ok got a bosch 044 on order i know theres a post somewere of how to pull your fuel bucket apart and redo it with a different pump anyone know were that post is?


2. i have been doing some research and am thinking on buying a kenny bell boost a pump just incase things get crazy in the future and to extend the life of the pump

3. i have done some readin and people are swappin injectors to bigger ones 1st question what ones do i have now 2nd what do i need to buy 42lb or 60lb, is there any wiring that needs changing and were do i get them.

4. after installing the new 044 im going to change out the relay and wiring with #10's just for a little more current flow to the pump.

5. i cant seem to find the obx long tubes anymore i need some that will work on the 6l and for my 4wd 1500hd. any help would be great, and i dont want to run the pacesetters because i am in canada and run through ice salt and lots of snow all winter.

i know ive got alot of questions but please be patient guys and stay posted i need all the help i can get.
