IF the trucks fuel system will not pull fuel away for an MFG. protection set up, we can supply you with a stand alone upgrade that will allow you add extra fuel to the system, and you tune those extra injectors for the extra fuel needed. Timing is another problem you will be faced with.
If you are looking for a complete fuel and ignition systems I would recommend you look into FJO. Their systems controll spark, fuel, boost controllers, water meth, you name it if it has to do the engine their system can controll it.

With a dodge pretty much your only option to go stand alone. I have a friend with an 02 ram with a 4.7 and he is having hell trying to get his tuning sorted out, and is now going with stand alone. Once you get past a certain point with them you cant tune for it. Dodge needs to get over themselves and make their computers more friendly for the aftermarket.

you are going to need a system that does standalone fuel and timing. Get ahold of Nick at airram.com and talk to him he is going through the same issues you are going thruogh. He will be able to give you more sound advise on what setups are going to be better for the dodge than i can.

If your a budget minded and willing to do a lot of reading and learning, checkout mega squirt. I messed with it a little and it does a hell of a lot for what it is. This will get you started http://www.megasquirt.info/

On the hemi trucks, we use the perfect power smt-6 piggy back for tuning fuel and timing for the turbos, along with a 2 bar map sensor and larger injectors.

Does that system give you a good amount of control? Might be looking into Dodges soon.
