Of course going FI is going to better than what you have now! I was going to do a p1 procharger, but everyone that was selling them was going turbo, so I did some research and ended up going turbo! Mario down at SPIKE performance was super helpful and gave me a deal that cost less than a used procharger kit. The two don't even compare, as far as HP/TQ gains. With a p1 kit you may see 120hp gains to the wheels, however with a turbo kit I have gains of 210+ HP/TQ to the wheels on 8-9psi... That's on a bone stock 5.3, white upgraded injectors only. Going to be in the 600+ category soon with only cam and spring swap.... Thinking 630ish. And have spent way less money than I would have compared to even a p1 or d1 setup. I would do the procharger only if I got a helluva deal on it! Otherwise I would sell that CAI and LT headers, and throw a turbo on it for less money.

To answer your question; yes the p1 will put a bigger smile on your face and you would probably see something close to 470-500 range, maybe with a p1, but for sure with a d1
