My turn to get Blown R TVS1900

That looks like a good place to tap off of. Also might to look into something like this.

Makes things a lot easier when doing multiple vac take-offs. Tim, don't forget your truck has a return style fuel system. The newer rails included are for returnless systems. You might want to think about aftermarket rails, and regulator.
I'm going to use these, but you, (and I, too) will have to fab some stands. There's not any aftermarket rails for a truck manifold. Just make sure you get rails to match your injectors, meaning the algled or straight up style.

Thanks for the heads up Bill. I will have to cancel my order and look into some aftermarket fuel rails/reg.
Thanks For looking out Bill. Appreciate it.

EDIT, where would the VMV hook up to on those aftermarket fuel rails? is there a provision for it? Im a little in the dark about the whole VMV .

It doesn't actually hook up to the fuel rails. It connects to a vacuum port on the side of the supercharger. The nnbs valve mounts on the fuel rail.
I believe the one you have now is actually mounted into the top of the intake manifold, toward the front (thats how my 06 is). I think it would be easier to use the nnbs sytle valve because you can just put a hose on the end of it to connect to the port on the supercharger. The nbs valve has a o-ring end that bolts into the intake and would be harder to adapt. Thats too bad about the fuel rail issue. I didn't have to deal with that as mine is a return-less system.

What are you talking about Tim? Its early, Ive got to be at work at 4am

Yes you can use the vette filter with a little bit of hose to situate it right. Take a look at the TBSS intake swap thread in the engine section.
PS brown sugar toaster streudal and black dark roast coffee is the **** at 3am

Yes, that would be a decent option. You can get a newer style EVAP soleniod from the dealer, and it would connect to one of the vac ports before the blower. Rememnber, vac before the blower, pressure after the blower.

I used to get up at 4:00 am for work every morn. But havent worked for a while, so me sched. is all messed up.
Thats where i got the idea , from the TBSS swap thread.
I just want to get it up and running, so if i can use the NNBS rails and a covette return filter, that would help me out for now.
Thanks again Bill, i def. want to get a set of those billet rails, but might wait till fall if i can get the NNBS rails to work.
When are you going to do your rails ?
