Dont have any experiance on the zo6 swap, from what i know the your trans will work if beefed up, and as far as wiring harness goes, id ask around on here, i just threw some corvette covers on mine to hide the mess untill i can have some custom covers made. Me personally i would keep your 11' 5.3, it has the good intake and heads on it, and just mod that.

haven't been following this thread but those numbers seem horrible.

I know my guys had a rough time coming from a car shop into a VVT motor and a bit of a learning curve to get it right, my end result was a MAF/SD 2 bar combination tune (I have no idea on the specifics) but at first the VVT was offering some major headaches, would knock up top and be a big down low because he didn't realize there was VVT going on and wasn't aware of the tables back in 07.

If you can't get that thing making you some power, I have a nice paxton that will turn your truck into a monster.

Anything ever come of this? Did you get a retune or a gauge on there to see how much boost it's pushing?
