Ok, 3 moths ago my tranny took a **** and swapped a tranny out of another silverado. I had a bigger band installed, servo, extra clutch packs and TCI deep pan. I also had a low mile V6 converter installed with the tranny. Since the converter had oil I only added 5 quarts when finished. Well I got on it and the truck took off but not like it used to. RPMs goes up fast but my MPH cant keep up. Its it the converter? tranny? or the TVS?
PS. When driving my tranny temp got up to 180 with normal driving. I now installed a Tru Cool and has only gone up to 160 but still feels real sluggish

when i took her out for a spin the 1st time i had only added 5 quarts. I got on it like 3 times and drove her back and the temps were at 180-185. When I got back I checked the fluid level and I was 3-4 quarts low. I added fluid and installed the trans cooler but it still feels sluggish. The tranny shifts perfectly into every gear and under normal driving it almost feels stock..

I dont understand what you mean with the rpm and mph being off or dead on.
Obviously with a looser converter its going to be higher in the rpm to accelerate like it used to. Like if it got to 60 quickly at 2K rpm before it might need to be at 3K or more to get there as fast now with a looser converter.
heres my 3600 in my white truck, just normal driving.

Is yours just like that or is it doing something different?

nah, its not like that. Earlier i was driving and when i went to pass a car at full throttle. It took longer to pass it and had a jeep liberty almost on my ***....lol....I didnt pull away from the jeep till about 85-100. I was so disapointed that i parked it and stared at if for an hour...lol...It feels like not all the power is getting to the wheels..

nah, no jumps in speed. My rpms are right on the money but the speed advances at a steady pace but kinda slowly to how it would accelerate before the tranny bro.
The tranny I got was from a low mile truck. When i took it to my friend shop to install the servos, wider bands and extra clutch packs. He stated that the tranny looked new. Either real low miles or whoe ever drove it was a grandma..lol..

This is why I don't like using used parts. Especially installing multiple used parts at the same time.
The problem sounds like it is either the transmission slipping, or the converter is wrong for your application. It's most likely the converter that's causing the condition you are describing. A v6 converter is smaller, and going to feel alot looser. Behind a N/A 5.3 in your truck, I would expect it to stall higher and act like a performance converter. However, behind your blown 5.3, it's just not up to the task. Add to that the fact that you didn't check your transmission fluid before beating on it, and it was VERY low on fluid, and it's now likely that you've also damaged the transmission.
Sorry to hear about your troubles, good luck with the fix.

Definitely get someone knowledgeable to ride with you in your truck and then let them take a look at the transmission.
