You should not be getting oil pushing out of the breather on the passenger side valve cover, the drivers side cover has vacuum on it from the hose going to the blower inlet. That vacuum pulls in fresh air from the passenger side valve cover. The drivers side valve cover does not actually have a PCV valve but rather a fixed orifice. There is no need to place a check valve in your system as the area in between the rotors and the TB does not see boost. If you are getting oil out of both hoses then I would start questioning some stuff, have you ever found your oil dipstick popped out? Not out like falling out but have you found it unseated at the top where the O-Ring is?

You should not be getting oil out of your fresh air hose on the pass side.

If the air tube is pulling enough vacuum (dirty air filter?) then wouldn't it be possible to pull oil vapors from the passenger side cover as well? Are you running a stock air box setup?
