what is wierd about psi is I was getting 5.5 and sometimes 6 psi...then I added the AirAid and got 6 and sometimes 6.5, but on the dyno it wouldn't get to 6.5...only on the road....this is also more evidence that the AirAid is a nice adder.

mostly, I love it...I have some issues w/ manuvering in parking lots, meaning small burst of gas, get on brake, turn wheel...and it sound like it wants to die (and one in a while, it does) and my a/c compressor dissengages making it uncomfortable inside. I have looked all over for potential vacuum leaks so that is all but eliminated, however, it seams to be caused by my cam...some have talked about how to tune for that, but it is over my head...other than that it is awesome.
I still haven't put on my fuel pump....someone over (I think his name is Scott) there is putting together some instructions on how to install on my Av frame. So, until I get the fuel pump on, I'll wait on the smaller pulley.

with no fuel pump and a solid 58psi of fuel pressure you have no chance of making top gains. Also, until you get a pump, be very very careful.

Please do....and please do not rail on the truck this weekend until you get that pump installed.

I am not saying you are going to see a magic HP number from a pump....but if you are bangin' off the knock sensors...then you are in trouble...FI and no fuel DO NOT MIX well.
